the staff greeted me warmly at the driveway. juliet at check-in was very efficient. the room was decorated for my grandson's birthday with balloons! gifts. it was a nice experience. the whole check-in process was smooth.

the gym could benefit from a wider selection of weight machines. some equipment showed minor signs of wear.

The communications before my visit were very professional. I appreciated the attention to detail in enhancing my stay. I loved the curated teas provided in the room. Laundry service was a huge help in managing my long trip. I found the front desk staff very helpful and friendly.

The minibar was full, but it seemed to lack an adequate selection of wine.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options , though i especially loved the fresh orange juice. i also liked that the hotel provided bikes to use to explore the area. the fitness center had a good selection of equipment , including treadmills and stationary bikes.

my room wasn't ready when i arrived , and i had to wait several hours to check in. the curtains were manually operated which i found inconvenient. there were no towel hooks in the bathroom , so i had to leave my towels on the tub.

The hotel boasts a great selection of food at breakfast.

The condition of the bathtub was not good. It had visible light brown rings around some of the handles. The air conditioning in the room wasn't adequate. Even with adjustments, the system failed to provide a comfortable temperature. A housekeeper entered our room while we were trying to rest and insisted on doing some task. This disrupted our rest.
